What we sell and who may buy
We sell access to online performance development programs: recorded classes, training tracks, live meetings, mentorship sessions, practical application materials and a members' community covering productivity, goal and KPI management, leadership, feedback and high-performance habits.
The content is educational. It is not medical, psychological, legal, accounting or investment advice, and it does not create a coaching relationship beyond what is described on the sales page of each program.
You must be 18 or older to purchase or to join the community. By ordering you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the information you provide is accurate.
Orders, prices and payment
The full price, the currency and any applicable taxes or fees are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges added after purchase and, because the product is digital, there is no shipping fee.
An order is confirmed when the payment processor approves your payment; access is then released as described in our Shipping Policy. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Some of our plans are recurring. When a plan is recurring, the price, the billing interval (for example monthly or annual) and the renewal date are shown clearly before purchase, and the plan renews automatically at that price and interval until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting our support; access to lessons, live meetings and the community continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charge is made after cancellation.
If a program is sold as a single one-time payment, no recurring charge is created and nothing renews.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy for the request window, how to ask and how the money is returned.
Account and community conduct
Your login is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, recording or redistributing lessons, or reselling materials may lead to suspension without refund.
Inside the community, be respectful: no harassment, no spam or unsolicited offers, no sharing of other members' private information, and no posting of medical, clinical or otherwise sensitive personal data. We may remove content or members that break these rules.
Intellectual property
All content on the website and inside the programs — videos, recordings of live sessions, worksheets, spreadsheets, templates and texts — belongs to Performanceimprovementplace or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission. Your purchase grants a personal, limited, revocable license to use the material for your own development or that of your team as described on the sales page.
No guarantee of results
Results depend on individual factors such as your effort, consistency, starting point, role, team and market context. We do not promise specific outcomes, performance scores, promotions, revenue or income of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including business decisions taken based on our content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but may perform maintenance or change, update or retire specific lessons and features.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
