Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Performanceimprovementplace ("Performanceimprovementplace", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit performanceimprovementplace.com, create a member account, join our community or buy one of our online courses, training tracks or mentorships. Effective date: 2026-09-30.

Who we are

Performanceimprovementplace, registration , . Contact: [email protected] · .

We are a digital hub of performance development programs: recorded lessons, live sessions, practical application materials and a members' community. Everything we sell is delivered online — we do not ship physical goods and we do not operate a clinic, laboratory or health service.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, e-mail, phone, and the shipping and billing address requested by our payment processor when you order or contact us; the profile name and posts you publish inside the members' community; questions you send to mentors or support.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP-derived approximate location, pages visited, lessons opened, and data from cookies and similar technologies.

Information from payment processors: confirmation that a payment was approved, declined or refunded. We do not store full card numbers.

We do not ask for and do not want health data, medical diagnoses, clinical records or any information about a personal condition. Please do not include that kind of information in community posts, forms or e-mails to us.

How we use it

To process your order and release access to the program you bought; to run live sessions, challenges and progress tracking; to answer your requests; to send transactional messages such as login details, class reminders and receipts.

To improve the website and the course catalog, to prevent fraud and abuse of accounts, and — with your consent where required — to send marketing e-mails and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Google: we use Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic and content performance, and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing cookies so that people who visited our pages may later see our ads on Google properties and partner sites.

Meta: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (server-side events) to measure ad results and build audiences. The events we send are limited to standard actions such as page view, lead and purchase, plus hashed contact identifiers. We never send health data, medical conditions, diagnoses or any sensitive personal condition to Meta or to any advertising platform.

TikTok: we use the TikTok Pixel and its events API to measure conversions from TikTok ads.

Native advertising: Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak set cookies and tracking pixels on our pages to attribute clicks from articles and recommendation widgets to visits and purchases.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based advertising in the ad settings of Google, Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak. Blocking cookies does not remove your access to a program you already purchased.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us operate: website and video hosting, the course/community platform, payment processors, e-mail and messaging providers, customer support tools and analytics and advertising platforms — each limited to what it needs to perform its task.

We also share information when required by law or to defend our rights, and in the event of a merger, acquisition or other business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and you may opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law — for example, transaction and tax records are kept for the legal period even after an account is closed.

We protect data with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children and age

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Purchases and community membership are for adults 18 or older. If you believe a minor gave us data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page and, when appropriate, by e-mail.
